Welladay. Or a weekend.

I feel absurdly light-hearted regarding the progress of this book, which is All Wrong. By this point in the proceedings, I usually loathe the project I'm working on, and it becomes a race to see if I can type --end-- before despair wins out and I delete the whole manuscript. (For the record, I haven't lost a race yet. But. Life is uncertain.) With this project, I am delighted that I've hit the three-quarters point, and feel exactly like I've done a good couple day's of work.

I'm really not sure if this is a Good Thing.

On the other hand, this sense of euphoria could be due to my choice of music across the weekend.

I'm with kalimeg. A safe deposit box might be best. And um, check the well. Make sure the water's okay.
