I switched from the version that had CS, CD first because I thought about it. I don't know how many mass market copies of CS & CD are currently out there but I know a friend of mine bought them at Borders within the last 3 months. But I can't remember ever seeing copies of LC & SP in the stores. So if you go by what might be in demand now I'd put CS & CD at the end of the print run so that you aren't competiting with old MM books that are still on the shelves.
