rolanni: (Caffeine Deadline)

As reported in [livejournal.com profile] kinzel's LJ, the next chapter of Theo will be late. How late, we don't know, and we thank you for your patience.

Also, the schedule for Eidolon has slipped. It was not mailed on November 17, as we had promised. In fact, we expect to have the page proofs back from the printer this week.

Truly, we are made of Fail.

The adventures that attended this day included the Death of the Router, necessitating a late-afternoon run to Staple's on the part of Steve. After various misunderstandings between the Authors and the Instructions, we have a working router with! wireless, so The Leewit can now communicate with the Outside World from the comfy-ness of the living room sofa.

Got a goodish bit of work done today on Fledgling, mostly new material. Need to do the same tomorrow, but the chances of that happening are...nil, since there are other tasks, long put off, which now must be done.

You're not made of fail. The world is just a messy place. Eidolon will ship eventually. That's all I care about. Well, that and your well-being so that you can keep writing more books for us.

You are definitely not "made of Fail". Life just happens, and sometimes it happens to be bumpy and late. So what? Having seen the two of you carry on through some major unexpected problems, this is a hiccup. So have a cup of tea and take a few minutes to relax. You'll get there.

Speaking of the messiness of the real world... I know I contributed to both, but I've moved and changed my email address. and though I want to order many books and chapbooks, I can't quite figure out which ones I've got (in storage due to the move and having NO bookshelves -how did the former owners live like that?!)
I have to figure out where to communicate and what.

Life can be about failures and successes if that's what we make it but they never real balance out because what we perceive to be failures always linger in our minds longer then our successes. So shake it off like dew from your paws, cuddle up to someone, bat around a twisty tie and then find yourself a nice patch of sun in which to nap.

She who participates in the creation of my most favorite comfort books cannot be "made of fail" no matter how many disturbing obstacles are placed in the path. I will simply compose myself in patience and wait, with many thanks to you for having an ability that gives so much pleasure to so many others

Definitely NOT made of fail....

There are many who assert that the confusion Factory workers are among the best in the world, and made of Awesomeness and WIN!

Surely, you would not care to argue the point of so many, well reasoned opinions?

Composing patience here.....will record as soon as I get it as perfect as that, for which it is in patience we wait.

How do ya like them apples?
