BtW: Day Four: Yesterday
Friday, September 17th, 2004 08:45 am...in which no writing went forth.
I'd intended to take Sabu with me and do a little writing in the truck, but when I pushed the on button -- yep, battery dead. Poor little machine; I never remember to keep it charged.
So, anyway and as advertised elsewhere,
kinzel and I undertook a road trip to deepest Keene, New Hampshire, where SRM business -- and also lunch -- went forth with Judith Klein-Dial, the lovely and gracious owner of Genre, Ink. We arrived back home late, late, and fried. The round trip was something on the order of ten hours. Meredith, New Hampshire, is beautiful this time of year. Heck, most of New Hampshire is beautiful almost any time of the year.
Back to the usual schedule today. Coffee's done and the bagel's toasting, after which it's gym, the post office, and -- writing.
