This is going to be a tough one. At one point, I know that I described the Scout sigil, but! it may well never had made it into a final story. (This happens quite frequently, alas.)

Anybody want to use their mad search skilz on my behalf?

I don't think it made it into the books. As many times as I have read and re-read these stories I would think it would come to mind. Korval's clan seal yes... Miri's clan'd seal but not the Scouts.

If anything it would be in one of the stories in Low Port.

I don't remember any such thing. The place that comes to mind for me that it might be is in the story of Belansio (sp?) and the Jeweler? I'll see if I can get time to look when I get home tonight.

Just checked that one. Nothing in the story of Belansium and Cyra. To be honest I can't remember any such thing being mentioned.

Hee, hee! Another thing Kindle does incredibly well, is search and and look-ups. I just typed in sigil and I got hits in 7 books. I am 2 minutes from departure for Wolverine, so I will check them out when we get back to see if any are what you require.

I've searched all the books including both Unibi, except Agent of Change, Local Custom, and Conflict of Honors.

Because I haven't read any of these yet I don't have the context, so I'll give you enough surrounding text, that hopefully you know who/what is referenced. Numbers are Kindle's section references, since page numbers don't apply.

Crystal Dragon (4345): "...Alkia Trade Clan, Ringstars. The sigil,

Certain Symmetry - Unibus 1 (4404): ...stamped with the sigil of Clan Imtal." But no description of what that is.

Ibid (4848): "Pat Rin raised a hand, showing the battered debt-book, Imtal's sigil to the fore." Again, no description.

Balance of Trade - Unibus 1 (5274):
ven'Deelin's sigil... "And the sigil was the same, the very moon-and-rabbit you yourself wear."

Balance of Trade (8651): Jethri Gobelyn... "He received it, fingers tracing the Guild sigil on the obverse. On the front, there was his name, and junior trader, right enough."

Plan B (2460): ..."That one." Liz snapped... compared with some of the other Liaden clan sigils they'd scanned ..."That is the badge of Clan Erob."

Scout's Progress (1028): "Aelliana sighed. She had learned, as any child, the rhymes for Clans and Sigils, houses and Tasks."

And then there are about a dozen references to the Tree-and-Dragon sigil of Korval.

So the very long winded answer to your question is that you do not mention, explicitly, a description of the scouts' sigil, in conjunction with the word, sigil.

Any other clues? Sigil -- I checked the places I found that, but nothing seems right. Scout, well, there are quite a few references to scout. Just a slight hint, a color, a shape, anything that might be mentioned?
