BtW: Day Sixteen

I thought it was done already. Jeezum.: Two tweaks to the last scene -- 80 words, total. I'm done now. Honest.

In Other Writing News: In a Surprise Move, our electronic publisher has decided to release Crystal Soldier on October 1. That would be this Friday. Check the Embiid website for updates.

Today was Clean Up the Office Day. What is it about writing that creates such an Unghodly Mess? I mean, really -- you sit at a desk and stare at a computer screen. Outside of collecting dust what is there to generate Mess?
The filing is at this writing Almost Done; I can see the top of the work table and I can see Large Amounts of floor. The rug is multicolored green nylon. This may be why it spends so much of its existence covered with papers and books.
In the process of putting things away, I found some more business receipts to be entered, sigh; and I've got a stack of magazines with Lee-and-Miller stories in them that I haven't quite figured out how to store. But Progress is being made.
Tomorrow, with a clean room around me, I'll re-read the 20,000 or so words of Crystal Dragon sitting on the shelf above the monitor and Get With the Program.
