Thank you! Hopefully a note from the publisher will get some action.

I emailed them on Monday and received a note by return email, assuring me that the listing had been taken down "today".

Alas, the person who replied is ...misinformed; it's still there.

This isn't the first time TCSBOOKS has done this; the owner would have us believe that he/she/it/they are not in control of their database.

Got a reply back that it was down, but after checking it appears to still be up, along with several other titles of ours that aren't in print yet--and in a couple of cases, we haven't even printed ARCs yet, so I have no clue what they think they're selling "used" copies of... I pointed those out on my reply, and hopefully that will get some action.
