I didn't get an e-mail either but I am probably in the same pile as martinmooncrab since I sent a check not long ago. Real life name Diane Peters. Is there a US postage amount or shipping weight on the book so I can do a zip search on the postal site? I'd like to send some additional funds to help cover postage and packaging, too.
