Ah, if only I had it to read this weekend when we are supposed to get socked by 12 to 20 inches of snow here in Virginia. I even have several battery lanterns to read by if the power goes. I guess I'll just go read the rough draft again and dream of spring.

Thank you, I knew there was something else I was supposed to be packing. LED lamps and Lots Of Batteries(tm). (Books I have, light to read by when/if the power fails is another matter...)

I also can't wait to read the final version Saltation. I'll just have to re-read Fledgling for intermittent fixes.

By the way, tagmeth on livejournal (P C Hodgell) was wondering if the e-arcs on webscriptions will net her any royalties. I don't know anything about that but you probably do...

Somebody asked Toni about the timing on the e-arc, and her reply was "soonish." ...which may or may not be a technical term.

Pat should of course consult her contract. Ours stipulates I-think-it's-20-percent on all electronic sales.
