Do all cat people have chairs with cushions and a towel, because you know where the cats will end up?

I gave up and made a cat bed on top of the washer (front loader, top is free space). Every time there are folded towels or freshly washed saddle pads, there are cats. Inshallah.

I have attempted the concept of cat bed but it doesn't work. Her house is her cat bed and she wonders that I only sleep in one place.

In my house a towel is a de facto invitation...

Whether you have a towel on your lap to provide protection from "happy paws" or a basket of clean towels ready to fold, a cat will tend to appear and get comfortable.
