If you enjoyed Bridge of Birds....
Date: 2010-01-28 09:02 am (UTC)The Story of the Stone and Eight Skilled Gentlemen are equally entertaining and surprising. And I heartily wish there were more stories available.
You don't know me, I know, but I very much recommend them to you, if you are not already aware of them.
And thanks, btw.... I'm right in the middle of Local Custom, re-reading in preparation for reading Fledgling. I'm hoping to get as much in as I possibly can before the birth of my son in mid-April, which is not a LOT of reading, as my daughter is currently 22 months old and really loves spending time with me. Hard to feel bad about that, though!
But what free time I have right now, I fill with the wonderful stories you guys wrote, and count it time very well spent indeed. =)

I'm amazed you have any time to read at al; toddlers are a lot of work!
Thanks for reading.
