Not much to report today.  Mostly, I slept.  The result of all this effort being that I feel somewhat better — better being defined as “I can breathe, there does not at the moment seem to be a hot poker jammed into my temple, and I have no fever.”

If this situation stabilizes, I will be able to go to the day-job tomorrow, assuming that, if I was contagious, I’m not now.

In other news, for those who may be interested,  I’ve updated the Carousel Tides site with two new geographies.

As we're just catching up after our weekend away, we just discovered that we had crossed paths with you this weekend. We just got back from the New England Square Dance Convention in Biddeford, Maine, leaving as you went to Kennebunkport. We had a great time, sorry you were under the weather, which was otherwise lovely.

I had a vastly irritating day at work yesterday. After work, I looked at the (dwindling) pile of revisions requiring my attention, said, "to hell with you," and downloaded Mouse and Dragon instead.

Thank you for that. It's exactly the book I've wanted since I turned the last page of Scout's Progress.

I hope you're feeling better. I am! (Although now a little short on sleep... my own fault, that.)
