Truly sorry to see you go! Though, I can relate, Facebook just got to be too demanding. I've only been in twice since Christmas and the last time was today to read your post because you mentioned it in LiveJournal. Thank you for giving us a glimpse into the life of a working and published author. You will be missed from the the "intertubes" - never doubt it. But, like Er Thom and Val Con, we will wait for your return - never entering your name into the list of the dead.

I am grateful that you live in a part of the world where don't have to work 7 days a week just to eke out bare physical survival and choose to spend time writing Liadan comfort stories and shepherding them to a form I keep re-reading. Thank you for sharing what you have and letting me into your created and real-time world.
The duty of co-pilot for the creationship of the Liaden universe is clear - take care of the pilot. Do what you need to do. Know that you are loved and treasured, that what you have done is enough. (Like you need permission to be as you like in your own life !!)
I'm sorry you feel you have to go. I don't comment often but I check in here most days and I've enjoyed your comments and glimpses of another world. Keep well and safe and please keep writing.
Sob..you don't know how many times I have gotten through my day job by checking in on your website. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all that you have written. I hope at some point you will feel inspired to write a blog again. You have made a difference in my life with your books, and with your daily musings.
