Two book proposals done, to the best of my ability, which isn't very. I suck at doing book proposals. Now, Steve gets his turn with these, and I'll get mine with the proposal he's been working on. I should do something about proposing another Archers Beach book, just to be, yanno, pro-active. And I have determined that, in my Abundant Spare TimeĀ®, I Am Too going to write White Sheep, so an outline would be nice there, too.

However, I am not doing those things now.

Now, my wrists hurt, so I'm going to do dishes, pour myself a glass of wine and collapse on the couch with a book.

It has been Terrifically Windy all day, but the rain has finally stopped. Unfortunately, yesterday's deluge and today's buffeting has pretty much stripped the trees outside my window. Maybe the other trees in the neighborhood have fared better. *Makes note to check*

Hope everyone is having a pleasant evening following a pleasant day.

Reading Carousel Tides, and somehow you are the person I picture telling the story. I don't even know if you described her, but if you did I stamped out the words and I see you.

Ahh . . . the Very Best for collapsing on the couch with a glass of wine, a feline and a book. You SO deserve. Enjoy.

Sounds like you'll be very busy. Three book proposals all together if I'm understanding right. I can't stand the suspence. (Hope you'll tell us, your loyal blog posters sometime.) Not included in the three a sequel to Carousel? Also "White Sheep". If I'm understanding that. What's that? Have to wait and see. Hope the trees recover all right too.

White Sheep is the sequel to Gunshy, which is the sequel to Barnburner, all three together making the Jen Pierce Maine mysteries. They really are side projects and I probably shouldn't waste my time, but I'd really like to give the characters closure.

...I'm kind of funny, that way.

Oh, yay! I was wanting another book in that series. Sign me up as a pre-order (OK, however long until it appears) *g*.
