Ooh, now I have in mind Izzard being a future regeneration of the Doctor, and meeting up with Ten in a wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey way. Such lovely insanity. :)
And just know that Jack Harkness will be involved, he'll be at the cause of it somehow!

I actually heard a rumor at one point that they were considering Izzard to play the Doctor.
Love the icon, and bringing up Who gives me an excuse to break out this pic of me in the 80s.
