I so appreciate the book lists; I'm always looking for something new to read. This time I would like to recommend something a bit off the wall for the group, The Psychopath Test: A Journey Through the Madness Industry by Jon Ronson. I don't usually read non-fiction but this got me from the first page and certainly went a long way in explaining certain leaders.
