I hate to seem out of the loop but i've seen both yourself and Kinzel talking about Sword but nowhere have I seen what it's about or when it takes place the curosity is killing me here.

Sword of Orion is a novel we're doing for Phobos Entertainment, first of a projected seven-book series. It's set in a nice, sprawly space opera universe; the main character, a young woman named Jerel, is about sixteen when this book begins. She's studying to be a spaceship mechanic and has her future pretty well planned out. Gotta feel sorry for the kid...
