NEW, REALLY NEW NEWS
Calamity's Child is the title of the next Lee & Miller chapbook from SRM Publisher. Not "officially" a Liaden Universe(R) adventure chapbook, Calamity's Child features two Lee and Miller stories ...one is the off-the-beaten track Liaden Universe(R) novelette "Sweet Waters," which has appeared in magazines in both the UK and the US (3SF and Absolute Magnitude), and the second is "Night at the Opera," a fantasy-mystery first seen in the Rosemary Edghill anthology Murder by Magic in October, 2004. The chapbook's official release date is April 21, 2005 -- the start of PenguiCon -- though some pre-orders may well reach the adventurous before then.
Pre-orders for the chapbook will start January 4, 2006 and the SRM Publisher website will be offering online snippets.

Crystal Dragon hardcovers are for sale (in advance) at most major booksellers online and offline; Lee & Miller will be at Boskone in February to launch Crystal Dragon; cover artist Donato will also be at the convention so there's a good chance attendees will be able to get the rare triple signature...

The trade paperback edition of Crystal Solider is scheduled to be published by Meisha Merlin in February, concurrent with the hardcover publication of Crystal Dragon.
BALANCE OF TRADE
The long-awaited mass market Ace edition of Balance of Trade is due in at the end of May, according to Amazon.com... and is available for pre-order.
REMINDER
Adventures in the Liaden Universe(R) chapbooks One through Five (Two Tales of Korval, Fellow Travelers, Duty Bound, Certain Symmetry, and Trading in Futures) are now out of print.
Those stories are available in the softcover edition of Liaden Universe(R) Companion, Volume One, which is for sale from the SRM catalog page or from your favorite independent SF/F bookstore.
