Photos of my office.
From the hallway, looking at the opposite corner.
From the opposite corner toward the hall. The green towel is on top of a portable plastic file cabinet, which doubles as Mozart's command station, for those times when he's not needed in the rocker.
The bookcase to the right of the hall door, blurry, as always.
I'm fortunate in having a downright spacious office -- an entire 128 square feet -- all to myself. Poorkinzel is jammed into a measly 105 square feet. Our offices are the second and third bedrooms, respectively. The window in the back wall looks out over fir trees and our little scrap of wood. There's another window over the table to the right of the file cabinet, which overlooks the snowmobile trail and the elbow of the road.

Right now it's mostly just "the library," bur real soon now I need to get a work table in there. Meantime, I continue to do my daily writing at a local McDonald's as I've been doing for over two years now. But one day...
