Sigh. Went outside to do more with the roses -- gardening is healthy, right? I did not Overdo. I did not Fall or Twist Weird or Pick Up Wrongly.

And my back hurts like a sonofagun.

Well that sure stinks! I hope it unkinks fast.

(Despite weight lifting and yada yada, mine sometimes goes out, and the pain is UN-bee-lievable. I think I did something to it many decades ago, when forced to wear high heels while carrying heavy trays waitressing.)

Had to result to muscle relaxants last night. Much improved this morning, but not where I'd like to be with a long train trip in my very near future.

High heels are Evil. One of the things I So Do Not Miss from day job land.
