It rained yesterday and most of the snow is gone, dernit. I really had hoped that we had the base cover for the winter now.
Matters at the cousin's place of business are heating up considerably, and I'm starting to get tired of saying my own name. 'nother three days this week, then two whole days off in a row. I can do this.
Fledgling is now funded almost to the end of Chapter Seven. That's just...amazing.
Hope everyone's Rush Toward Potlach is going smoothly and that y'all are getting enough sleep.

if anyone wants to count the chapters without numbers in the other books, please feel free... but our books and characters tend to set their own story rhythm. I'd guess 35-40 chapters to be a fair number... but that's a guess without seeing how the words want to fall this time around.
