It rained yesterday and most of the snow is gone, dernit. I really had hoped that we had the base cover for the winter now.

Matters at the cousin's place of business are heating up considerably, and I'm starting to get tired of saying my own name. 'nother three days this week, then two whole days off in a row. I can do this.

Fledgling is now funded almost to the end of Chapter Seven. That's just...amazing.

Hope everyone's Rush Toward Potlach is going smoothly and that y'all are getting enough sleep.

Ah, it does need another something. Madame La Bouffant de la mer?

What the heck, might as well have fun with a name. Want to bet that most of the shoppers would never notice it?

Oh, I wasn't questionning whether it should be 'LA Bouffant' or 'LE Bouffant'... It's just that, when I think of Rolanni adopting a nom-de-guerre other than the name of her birth, nothing comes up in my mind that has 'bouffant' in it.

Ah, most certainly. But what about a nom-de-frivolity? A mere masque of a name, a momentary mnemonic of convenience for expediting the passing of Beans' finest produce? Perhaps something more prosaic would be better, at that. Very well, how about Ferdinand (in memory of the bull, of course)?
