Congrats on your huge achievement!

Are you pleased with it?

Now was that thud in A-minor or C?

Ah, the sweet thud of completion as the tome falls into the email and gets sent! At 101%, it must be about 99% pure, right?

A long line of wildly dancing rats!

Take a breath, say hi to the cats and other wildlife (oh, are those birds outside?), and let the backbrain catch up with itself.

Hurray! I wish I could believe this meant you'd get a break now. But I know you and Steve like living in a house and eating regularly.

Congratulations!

The bread store in Watertown, Mass. used to have a great 3 seed loaf. Heavy, tasty, spread the butter and honey on it and just feel those calories enriching life.

They may still have it, I no longer live nearby. But thanks for the reminder!

Haha... I'm always happy to play catalyst, especially for so delightful a memory. :-)

How do you pronounce Duainfey?

I just realized that I have probably been mispronouncing Duainfey all along. In my little head it's been coming out . . . well, I keep singing "Drain Free, as free as the wind blows" (or similar mangling of that born free theme). But it should be Dwayne Fay, like Morgan La Fay, right? Not Dwayne Fee, who charges too much?

Okay, I'll be good. Duainfey, like hitting a golf ball down the fay way. Got it.

How do you pronounce Duainfey?

Take you pick: DOenFEY or DWAYNEfey. Or you could practice your Hellspark and flip back and forth...
