The day thus far

rolanniCool and threatening rain, if not actually raining. Steve is making Variant Spaghetti for lunch. I've diddled around making the phone calls that I didn't make when I was in Phone Call Avoidance (man, I hate telephones).
What else?
Defragged my hard-drive, signed the Very Last of the Bookplates to go out to a bookstore, balanced the checkbook, uploaded photos to my Facebook account, did some minor straightening up around the house.
I've got some email to answer and database catch-up -- nothing too strenuous. May retire to the couch this afternoon and start reading Saltation, which will be my first read of the revised book. After I do that, Steve and I can talk about the next book, instead of just throwing around scenes, which is fun, but scenes do not a narrative make.
Work tomorrow. That's gonna be hard to remember.
