Are the bugs worked out yet? I was gonna wait until you were sure it was behaving properly, regarding tax and shipping.

It's working. We had to add the postage into the total, but that seems to have done it.

Great! I just ordered my usual 3 copies, for me and 2 friends.

FWIW, one of the friends is the person who first gave me Partners in Necessity and Plan B for my birthday and got me hooked, and the other is a long term fan who couldn't make it to Penguicon (as she was in Italy on vacation), but sent her well loved copies of the first 2 books with me to be signed there.

If the ground hog sees its shadow does that mean we can expect at least 6 more books?
Or would that be the other way around.

Ordered... except we don't have Groundhog Day in Australia. We're all looking forwards to the end of Summer by February so much that any distraction is good distraction. Bring on the ceiling fans!

Ordered, eventually. Paypal kept just throwing me back to the login page when I tried to log in, nothing about "invalid password" just back to the same page. Eventually it submitted and allowed me to order it.

Only $6 for postage to the UK, though? That doesn't seem enough (not that I want it to be more, but as I recall the postage last time was a lot more than that).

Sometimes the Paypal servers lags. You just have to be patient waiting for the next phase of your Paypal transaction. If you are on Firefox the progress bar indicate it's working even through you suddenly pops back to you previous page. Think the Paypal servers are under capacity for the work load. Encounter this a lot when completing eBay transactions recently in North America.

Ah, so they use convicts ('lags') to run it rather than hamsters. Must be something to do with the cruelty to animals groups.

(Putting up the wrong page first as 'done' and then substituting it is Broken As Designed. They wouldn't be the first, though...)

Will it also be made available through Webscriptions.net or is this a dead-tree-only edition?

Dead tree only, as usual.

My check for 3 copies will be in the mail this weekend. Also want to announce that I got my copy of the GHOST SHIP poster from David Mattingly. It's gorgeous and off to be protectively matted and framed.

I remember that day very well. Korval attacked Solcintra City. Or rather they attacked the underground bunker of the Department of the Interior. It really must have seemed strange to the solid citizens of Solcintra all right. I'm really looking forward to reading Skyblaze. Thanks. C.
