Apparently all you have to do is opt out of the 'retail partners' you're already distributing through directly. (https://www.smashwords.com/about/supportfaq#Publishing) I haven't tried it myself, so hopefully someone will correct me if this is wrong!

Thanks! I'm hoping to be able to keep the number of places I have ebooks to one as opposed to having some stored in Smashwords and others in Amazon and still others in... Sigh. :)
