Migraine-like headache set in by the end of the day. Took minor league drugs. Made lentil and carrot soup, and rice, against the necessity of having something to take for lunch for the rest of the week. Napped on couch, with Hexapuma for a stomach-warmer. Boy, that cat gives good nap. Have not, dare I say, finished proofing Ghost Ship. And will not be looking at a screen for many more minutes, either.

Just talked with a friend who suffers from migraines - she is getting botox injections, which are now covered by insurance and has been migraine free for 3 months for the first time in many years. She just got her next set of injections, and so far pain free. Hadn't heard about them before, but worth investigating if this is a recurring problem. Get well soon. Take care of yourselves.
