I've been gone a few days so just catching up on cat news. Glad Mozart is well. Sorry he's still pining for his friend. Hope he'll let us know when he's back to granting interviews.

I am now finally reading Necessity's Child and am astounded to find that there's a DOG character in the book. Yay! which appears to be the first dog ever in your books. There was a :"dog" on the planet Vandar where Val Con and Miri ended up marooned at one time . But he was described as a watch pet species that kind of was a kind of "dog" on that planet. On Surebleak it seems that there are genuine dogs.

I was just forwarded a link to a lovely Pinterest site of Lois McMaster Bujol's world called "Barrayar Dreaming". The pictures and titles are fascinating and lovingly done. Interesting times we live in with the mixture of medias. Hope the words flow well today. (sorry, I couldn't put the link in for the site)

May I add Jerome K Jerome's "Three Men in a Boat" to your to-be-read pile. I believe there is now a free kindle version. Really good if you need a good laugh for all that it is over 100 years old (the humor hasn't dated).
