Momentous Occasions, with Precipitation

Today at the Cat Farm, we celebrate two momentous occasions.

The first is Trooper's fourth birthday.

The second momentous event is Princess Jasmine Sprite's Monthiversary at the Cat Farm.  As you can see, she's settling in nicely.

Also, it's snowing.  The Weatherbeans have backed off from the Full Fourteen for this area to a mere six.  If it only snows six inches, I'll be able to make my non-cancelled eye doctor appointment in Skowhegan tomorrow.

But for now, I'm going to go make a cup of chocolated coffee in celebration of the weather.

EDITED TO ADD: Later in the day, Trooper and I had an Epic Session of Twizler.  Here he is, resting on his laurels rug, which he has, at least momentarily, re-captured from the Warrior Princess.

I'm celebrating the 6 inches of snow we got all the way Down Here in NY, the hour and a half I spent cleaning up after the snow plow men who Do Not do a good job, and the nap I did not take because I have too much work to do.

it was delightful, everyone dances at these things, no matter what level of coordination they have... truly a delight, and lots and lots of sequins and sparkles!

We are putting the last piece of the flooring in for our new living room/dining room floor. Hurrah! Now to put the baseboards back on, put the threshold pieces in, and we are off to see the Hobbit. Hurrah!

Trooper's anniversary. Great. Very handsome cat. I see that Princess Jasmine Sprite's name is getting as long as her magnificent tail!

I'm celebrating slightly warmer weather for the moment. But ooops! It's supposed to get colder on Friday according to those weatherbeans. Said weatherbeans are very fickle around here. They are never quite sure about our little micro climate.
