The cats have had quite a bit of extra work pressed upon them over the last week, as Steve and I ran back and forth to Bangor, and down to Augusta, and out on Friday night.  "Holding the fort" is hard.

But!  It's Saturday at last, and we're home, and intend to stay here until Monday morning.  Scrabble and Mozart are taking this opportunity to Rest Up in preparation of the Rigors of Next Week.

The coon cats, however, are indefatigable.

What kind of keyboard is that?

That is the Kinesis Advantage keyboard (http://www.thehumansolution.com/kinesis-advantage.html). I’ve used them since the early 90s. I think I’m on my third, not that they wear out quick, but I put a lot of words through my keyboards. I’d hate to tell you how many flat keyboards I killed before I couldn’t bear to type on them any more.

If you’re thinking about getting one, be aware that the learning curve is STEEP. The first week was particularly frustrating; and I was really considering throwing myself off a tall building. Fortunately, there are no tall buildings in Waterville.

One of my cats love sleeping right next to the radiator, just like Mozart --- she even does it in the summer!

And that IS one *weird*-looking keyboard ....

Glad to see that the Cats are hard at work.
That is definitely the weirdest keyboard ever. But hey, if it works for the author who writes a lot .....well......
