If you are writing to SRM Publisher regarding the status of your order, please give us whatever purchase details you may have. A PayPal transaction number; the order date; your check number, something more for us to go on than, "Some time ago, I ordered..." or "I haven't received my order."

The thing is, see, if you haven't received your order after a reasonable amount of time? Means it probably got lost on our end, or waylaid on its way to korval.com from PayPal. And if the order is lost, I have to go dig it out of PayPal's archives, or sift through the record of checks received to find it.

So, the more information you can give us about a missing order, the faster we can fix the problem. Win-win.

Today I got an order for stuff from my web site dated the 16th of December. So instead of getting stuff tomorrow, he will get it Friday if the Post Office is running OK.

Hm. I hope when you guys start thinking about Theo again, the _Duainfey_ sequel will sneak up on you like the first part seems to have during the first part of Theo.
